Forrest H. Dutlinger Natural Area (Revisit) (3)

Beech Bottom Trail, Clinton County–Potter County line, within the Forrest H. Dutlinger Natural Area of Susquehannock State Forest.

The trail climbs about a thousand feet in under a mile from the Hammersley Fork floodplain to the crest of the high plateau. Most of the old-growth timber is found at the crest.
