Researcher at Cuba's Bio Tech Center

In a sprawling complex on the outskirts of Havana, Cuba has developed a booming bio tech center. Cuban scientists have pioneered a number of drugs including therapeutic vaccines for certain types of lung cancer and hepatitis B. One of the newest advances coming out of the center is a treatment for diabetic foot ulcers.
