"I built a tool to convert the scans of historic books into a more accessible format.
The tool has three parts:
1) Gather - Downloaded all the constituent PDF files for a specified book into one place, taking care to include any title pages which had a different filename format.
2) Reformat - Converted the PDF files for a specified book into JPG images.
3) Serve - A built-in webserver to package the images with other appropriate assets into a virtual book format, to serve directly to the web."
