Coin Harvey House

Newer Older

The poor Coin Harvey House, looking even more worse for wear than the last time I photographed it.

This is one of the most unique houses in West Virginia.

Built 1874. National Register Property- #72001285

It is supposedly being renovated, but I haven't seen any change over the past three years. Here's the website: coinharvey.com/

This reminds me of Luigi's Mansion. Or the Casper movie.

Thanks for the comments everyone, it's a very special house.

Java: I think this place was student rental for a while. Right now, a caretaker is living in it to protect it from vandals, but I"m not sure who lived there before that. This house needs serious love. It's in pretty bad shape. It has at least three additions on the back that I suppose they want to tear off.
