BBQ Schedule in the Prep Tent

The evening before the event we helped Ryan prep our surprise pork gift of three Boston Butts. These got rubbed down and put in the smokers as did the briskets.

 

Ryan set up a cot and slept with his meat, tending to it as lovingly as a new father would his child. Here you can see its feeding schedule.
