For my birthday celebration we took the water taxi from the Alexandria waterfront, to National Harbor in Maryland. We had purchased tickets "in advance" for the Foster's Clambake at the tent. However, just before the taxi docked we were told that Foster's had canceled the clamback and we would get a refund in the mail. How GREAT is that? That left us with no place to go for my birthday dinner except McCormick and Schmick, before the next water taxi back to Virginia.
