We visited Pohick Church, at Lorton, Virginia, the ancient parish church of George Mason and George Washington. We had a buffet lunch at the Officers' Club at Fort Belvoir overlooking the Potomac River. Afterwards, three hearty souls walked the Belvoir Ruins, home of the Lord Fairfax family.
