South Korean Ambassador Pays Courtesy Call on Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan

Stronger bilateral ties between the Philippines and South Korea especially on technological innovations in infrastructure, was discussed during the courtesy call of South Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Kim Jae-shin on Economic Planning Secretary and National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan last July 31 at the Office of the Secretary, NEDA Pasig. Also present during the discussion was NEDA Deputy Director-General Rolando G. Tungpalan.
