Sec. Balisacan talks about Reconstruction Assistance on Yolanda (RAY) at the ASEM Manila Conference on DRRM

Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Deputy Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan talked about the Reconstruction Assistance on Yolanda during the ASEM Manila Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management last June 5 at the Diamond Hotel in Manila.

 

President Benigno S. Aquio III served as the keynote speaker during the event.

 

Other government officials present were Sec. Edwin Lacierda, Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario, Social Welfare and Development Secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman, among others.
