SAMB Meeting with Bolivia Ambassador Guadalupe Palomeque de Taboada
Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan (left) met with Bolivian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea and Special Envoy of the President of G-77 plus China to five (5) countries Guadalupe Palomeque de Taboada (right) on April 30, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Makati City to discuss the coming G-77 plus China Special Summit Meeting in June which will be hosted by Bolivia, the current chair of the Group. The summit will also celebrate the Group’s 50th anniversary since its inception in June 15, 1964.
Secretary Balisacan will represent President Benigno Aquino III, as the President will be staying in the country in time for the celebration of the Philippine independence.
