Canadian $20 banknote folded into heart

    Newer Older

You can give the gift of love and money at the same time! A friend folded this out of boredom while we were at a restaurant.

Fantastic. How do you keep the focus on the heart while making the background so blurred?

I did it by focusing on the heart, which automatically makes the background blurred. Of course.

However, to answer your question properly, it's because I'm using a camera with a big lens, a DSLR camera. Bigger lenses make more blur. This is something that you can't do on a compact / point-and-shoot camera.

Did you pay for the meal with this twenty?

Great shot! I used it on my Toronto real estate blog, in an article about Canadian inflation, thanks!
