It's in the bag
I cooked a large bone-in Ribeye steak sous vide tonight. Here it is in the vacuum sealed bag prior to immersion in the water bath. I also sealed in some thyme, thin slices of garlic and black pepper.
These images were all shot using my Sigma 35 f1.4 lens.
