Addressing the haggis

‘Addressing the haggis’, at a Burns Supper, Perthshire, c. 1950s. The woman standing in the middle of the picture, probably a guest speaker, is reciting Burns’ poem, ‘To a haggis’. When the line ‘an cut you up wi' ready slight’ is reached, the haggis is sliced open.
