Rebecca Kamara's talk

At the opening of the 42 exhibition, Rebecca talked about how she became a photographer after attending Lee Karen Stow's workshops in Sierra Leone. She described the incredible challenges she faces, having no electricity at home and a long journey to get film developed. Here she is holding up a keyring with photos she has taken, something she would like to make more of back in Sierra Leone.

The exhibition '42' Women of Sierra Leone includes a portrait of Rebecca by Lee Karen Stow.
