Food History Gala 2016
The Gala, a fundraiser for the programs and exhibitions of the American Food History Project, featured inspiring entertainment and extraordinary food and wine. The highlight of the evening was the inaugural presentation of the Julia Child Award by the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts to renowned chef, Rick Bayless. Featured guests at the Gala included: Kim Severson, José Andrés, and Scott Simon.
