Ayr Hill GC of Vienna, Virginia

Each year as a service project, members Ayr Hill Garden Club of Vienna, Virginia, collects plant materials from their gardens and yards to make wreaths and other 19th century yuletide arrangements to decorate the Town's historic Freeman House. Freeman House, Store and Museum, has been listed on the Virginia Landmarks Register since it was restored in 1976. This year, the balmy weather on the last Sunday in November made it possible to assemble the arrangements outdoors in the sunshine.
