The National Art Museum of Catalonia (Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya - MNAC) in Barcelona, Spain, is a museum of Catalan visual art. It is housed on the Palau Nacional on the Montjuïc hill.
The Palau Nacional was built for the International Exhibition in 1929 in the style typical of palaces that housed European royalty. It was designed by architects Enric Català i Català and Pedro Cendoya Oscoz.
The Catalonia National Art Museum has been refurbished by Italian architect Gae Aulenti.
