Sweet Potatoes
I remember doing some research last November on locavorism in Mississippi and concluding that you really needed to like sweet potatoes to be a locavore in Mississippi in November. I do like them -- and I also know that their nutritional value is about as good as any one food can get. (But I'm not a locavore.) Farmers' Market, Jackson, Mississippi.
