I love eggs but am getting tired of fooling with them. Somehow I'm reminded of the egg-eating scene in "Cool Hand Luke." But I am through now with the basic egg-salad stuff that will be topped with sour cream and caviar at the last minute (half of it to take to a neighborhood event tonight, the other half to be served at my party Saturday).
