Please share this also in Country Chic Crafts.

You are so creative! I would have thought this was the gift. Your sister is lucky!

I'm amazed by this box. This would make a great tut!

A tute? Really? It's just like gift wrapping a box, except you use a glue stick and fabric. :-)

      Thank you Amy!!!

How cute is that? I don't think I'll ever wrap a box in paper again!

That is such a cute way to package the napkins. I think I've seen a fabric covered box in a Martha Stewart book where she used a thin layer of Modge Podge glue to secure the fabric.

      I love Martha stuff!

I tried using Modge Podge in the past, but never thought of using it over fabric. I think it would be difficult for this method, as I wrapped the box as if it was a gift. So the end where the fabric is folded over on itself may be too thick for the Modge Podge to saturate.

The method I used is waaaaaay easier. :-)

She didn't use it over the fabric, just on the box itself... wouldn't that work?

    8. sharon-lizette 92 months ago | reply

It probably would, but the glue stick is so much easier... and less messy. :-)

      Aw, thanks!

They are SUPER easy to make. Just fabric and a glue stick.
