Family Science Night
Brian Lula, SPIE's Secretary/Treasurer, was on hand to help out at the recent Webb Family Science Night at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Visitor Center in Greenbelt, Md. Here, Lula mentored a family for the evening while they worked through various hands-on light and optics activities, including one where participants were able to build simple-refracting telescopes that they kept.
