James Webb Space Telescope Pathfinder Backplane
On overhead view of the JWST test, or pathfinder, backplane sitting in its shipping container.
The backplane is like the "spine" of the telescope and supports the primary mirror segments. The long, folded struts are the secondary mirror boom.
