Finally, something approaching success with my latest Polaroid acquisition: a Polaroid CU-5 Close-Up camera.
This is the fourth picture I have taken :-)
It uses the 66x series pack film, so it will still be useful way after Polaroid leaves the instant picture party, since I can use Fuji's FP-100 film.
The camera has a fixed focusing distance (with the 5" lens) of around 25" I believe (I need to experiment a little more). There is no viewfinder*, so framing is a bit hit and miss
This picture taken on Fuji FP-100B just-expired film.
This brings my total number of Polaroid cameras to 4, two (CoolCam and 'one' take 600 film, still available), one takes type 80 film (Super Colour Swinger), and the CU-5 takes the afore-mentioned 66x series packfilm. I also have a Polaroid 405 back for my large format camera...
* well, actually there is one, but it's an accessory which I don't have.
