Pour, Paur Deux

This brewing method was actually a really nice vehicle for this coffee, counter to my expectations; I enjoyed the cup considerably more than my experience cupping the same coffee. The acidity and sweetness were a little more developed and lively. A far cry from my bread and butter Kenyan, Ethiopian and Central American coffees, but a nice cup with some pleasant wood notes, vanilla, ample sweetness and just enough acidity to give it some good balance.
