After Clancy made us the cappuccinos, we discussed latté art. He told us about a different design that his mentor had come up with, and rather than describe it, offered to make it. As you can see, it's two rosettas cut down the side, not the middle, and then a 'shaped blob' topped off with a heart to form the body of the bird. Fantastically creative.

 

I still drank it.
