Crocheted Cactus

Yes indeed, my finest Crochet project yet. This just seemed to come together so well! It's the perfect houseplant - no watering, no mess.

I made this up all by myself and I'm really happy that it worked so well and is so popular. I have finally put together pictorial instructions for you all to follow and trust that you will treat my creation with honesty and will not use it to make profit. If you have plans to use my cactus, please let me know, it's polite to ask permission.

This crocheted cactus was very easy to make. You only really need very simple crochet stitches.

You can use a few sequins and glass beads if you like, but if it's for a little one I'd stick to a nice washable wool and soft stuffing.

NEW photos of this lovely little cactus have been uploaded. Strangely, though it's still this original photo that's getting the hits. Shame; my other pictures are much better.
