Blonde kid - Papua New Guinea

When you ask the people why there are so many blonde people on the islands, they answer 3 things: they have white ancestors, they receive too much sun, or they do not eat enough vitamins!

    The blonde hair: none of the above :).
    It is the salt water (and sun - combi).

    Most of them when they grow up will loose the blondness. Probably because they spend less time in the sea?

    Hmm i don't think it's the salt water...many unmixed Australian aboriginal people have Blonde hair too...mostly those that live in the desert i've noticed.

    None of those reasons for the blonde hair are correct. Scientists have isolated a unique genetic mutation found throughout the Niugini Islands and Solomons that is responsible for this unique trait.
