mascarpone stuffed panetone french toast
My mother sweetly gives me panetone each year for Christmas (yes, that's right--a few months ago already!) and after the first few slices, I have about enough of the panetone. This year, I decided to make stuffed french toast from the (not stale??) leftovers. Here's the glorious result--super tasty.
