baked eggs on toast, homemade lox

another for SLW: I placed thinly sliced rustic bread and topped with creme fraiche, herbs, and two eggs and let it bake slowly. The lox was cured for 6 days in salt, pepper, and sugar--a luxurious accompaniment to a softly savory experience. :)
