150g starter

190g water

400g white bread flour

1ts salt

1. dough cycle

2. knead

3. overnight in floured linen covered basket

4. onto floured tray - lines in top

5. 220C fan oven for 26 minutes

 

Result - very good rise and flavour crust perfect thickness and texture.
