Dancing by the light of the setting sun
On a recent expedition we were fortunate enough to witness the strange mating ritual of the Tangonian Giraffe.
Peculiar to this one region of Boogieland, the complicated courtship starts with drinks at the local watering hole followed by a light meal at a refek tree. Next, the pair dance the evening away and, if all goes well, they head off into the bush together for the night.
Meanwhile, down by the river, adolescent hippopotamus b-boys and girls battle for dominance and mating rights by out-breakdancing each other in a hippo-hop style dance-off... but thats another story.

Hmm, Boogieland bares an uncanny resemblance to our local woods. Also, those giraffes are dead-ringers for the ones we saw at Twycross Zoo - must be a distant relation.
