White and Fresh Mozzarella Pizza Slices at Joe's Pizza
These were the two slices I tried at Joe's Pizza in West Hollywood on my first visit. The white pizza included several cheeses (ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella I believe) plus spinach and garlic. The fresh mozzarella slice seemed simple, but was my favorite and one of the best slices I remember having in a long time. The sauce is sweet and amazing, and it goes well with the olive oil, basil and fresh mozzarella. The crispy yet chewy crust is what really made for me.
