Longest rapid transit network system in the world , Shanghai Metro

You can also see another photo of Shanghai at my facebook :

In this image, you will be able to see one of the incoming metro rapid transit train. When I standing here waiting for capturing the moment of incoming train, I feel that many trains come for about 3 minutes. It is very frequent and it is very efficient!!! You will love this technology since on every most crowded place in Shanghai, you will be not worried when you miss the train. You only need to wait for 3-5 minutes for a next train. Furthermore, you will feel like the number of train will increase during peak hours. It is very easy to travel around Shanghai with this rapid transit train.

When you use several metro lines in Shanghai, you will realize that each line has their color representation. In this photo you will be able to see a yellow stripes at the beside of train's car. Yellow color represent rapid transit line 3. Other line represent their own unique color. This coloring system seems very easy for me to remember since the number of Shanghai Metro line until now reach 11 lines. Furthermore, right now, Shanghai Metro have 277 stations and it is recognized as one of the fastest growing rapid transit network system in the world.

Averaging about 5.2 millions passenger using Shanghai Metro every day, it is one of the busiest network in the world. You will be able to see how often resident of Shanghai use this method of transportation when you are using it too. This photo located at Zhongshan Park Station (中山公园站). This station is very crowded because it is one of the important interchange station in Shanghai. I would like to say that if you come here you will not have a dire need to have a private car and you will be able to move freely across shanghai city center. This is one of the advantage living in Shanghai and this advantage makes the living more convenient. Besides, this type of network allowed many people to move faster and 'grow ' faster.

Residents from suburban of Shanghai would be able to come to Shanghai City center just by using Shanghai Metro. You will impressed when you walk inside through one of any station in Shanghai.

When you come to Shanghai, I do recommend you to take a test ride of Shanghai Metro. You will be happy to use this public transportation and it feels different if compare to other transportation at other place.
