Antoinette | by Ava R.

I took this photo for my English class. We were assigned a project for the book we just read which was 'Wide Sargasso Sea.' I chose to do a artistic rendition (of course). This photo/self-portrait represents the time when Antoinette didn't recognize herself in the mirror; she thought she was staring at a ghost. At this point in the story (which is towards the end), Antoinette is no longer sane. She has been held captive *SPOILER ALERT* in her husbands attic for who knows how long and she is doesn't know what is reality and what is not.

On a side note, I have been focusing on my videos a lot, because I love talking and editing. If you want to check them out, here is my Youtube.

Hopefully you'll laugh!
