Sunrise reflections at Lake Matheson (from the camera)

    Newer Older

This is another version of the previously posted Lake Matheson shot. This time straight from the camera without any adjustments. Yep, I cheated with the colors... I now have no credibility at all!

I caught the sunrise on two mornings at Lake Matheson. Not a lot of cloud action going on but some pretty reflections and mist nonetheless. It's the perfect spot for early morning photos, once your done you can sit in the cafe and and enjoy a cappuccino while watching the day break over the Southern Alps.

nice to see the before and after processed versions

Both processings are exceptional. However, I think I like the mood, serenity and subtlety of the "blue-toned" original the best.
