Mangersta Beach, Isle of Lewis
There is something that fascinates me about the beaches up on Lewis. I think it is the sea colour, and how unexpected it is to have a clear azure hue, along with pristine, almost white sands.
The light seems different too; I can't explain why, but it is. In this uncertain period of lockdowns and restricted personal movements, I really wish I was stood back on that beach again with my camera, just taking in the fresh sea air, and the gentle sound of the sea lapping on the shore.
