Rannoch Moor Fogbow

I have only just got back from a 5 day phototrip up to the Isle of Skye in Scotland. I went up there with Geoff Moore, Pete Rowbottom and Mark Waidson

We set off very early in the morning and headed north after meeting at Pete's place at 6 am. (Geoff and Mark were up at 2 am - that's a commitment for you!). We stopped off at various locations en-route, and one of them was at Rannoch Moor. Pete had been past this tree and shot it several times and was never happy with the results he got, and this time the snow was down with a blue sky and he was grinning like a Cheshire cat.

I took this shot without realising the fogbow was there. It was only when we were sat around the AirBnB later in the evening going through our respective images that is manifested itself on the camera's LCD screen.
