Rakaposhi and Hunza River

Rakaposhi is the 27th highest mountain in the World, with its 7,788 m (25,551 ft). It is the 12th highest in Pakistan. Rakaposhi means "Snow Covered" in the local language. The mountain is also known as Dumani ("Mother of Mist").

The landscape in Karimabad was amazing. The air was pleasant and not too warm. Days later, we were to find out how hot and humid Pakistan could be.
