Could I pick your brains on a legal point?
While I understand, yourself and James Michael Davies have decided not to answer questions from myself.
I believe this is important enough to ask the straight question.
Namely, is it legal for Nigel Acott Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Council Clerk and financial officer to give a copy of the minutes to ex-Denbighshire County Councillor and ex-Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Councillor Michael Adrian German?
I believe as this was done before this weeks (10th October 2012) Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Full Council. The minutes are in draft form and had not been officially ratified. Therefor not available to copy or presumably have a copy. Unless you are obviously a serving, democratically elected Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Councillor.
Could it be asked then? Did Nigel Acott; Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Council Clerk and financial officer, yet again abuse his position and ignore the law and favour certain councillors (or in this case ex-councillor Michael Adrian German)
I note myself in particular as a member of the public and independent press have always been told by Nigel Acott that there are no spare agendas due to small size of Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Council. Let alone being able to have a pre-ratified minute book due to not legally being entitle too.
I honestly took this as Nigel having his 'childish' sulks that I keep pointing out his incompetence at town Council meeting and lack of legal procedure. Let alone he rather massaged and lacking in substance Prestatyn (and Meliden) Town Council minutes.
