Cranberry Sauce Out of Can

My family traditionally uses canned cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving, and the goal is to remove it from the can as intact as possible. My mom would have been so proud of me - it came out perfectly, ridges and all! Usually, I prefer organic/natural food products, but this is one thing that's better in all its processed, factory-extruded glory.

    Hello Mr. T in DC,

    While your talent for getting the cranberry sauce out of the can perfectly intact is admirable, I'll have to respectfully disagree with your choice of processed vs. homemade in this instance.

    Last year I made homemade cranberry sauce for the first time and I don't plan on serving my family the canned stuff ever again.
