Homemade shrimp and veggie fried rice (Jasmine Rice); steamed edamame with sea salt; side salad with lots of veggies and a cider vinegar dressing; and a homemade peanut butter/oatmeal bar for dessert or a snack later (Cook Yourself Thin Cookbook). As always, one of my Sigg water bottles.
