2010 BASP - Race 5
Weapon of choice: Canon EOS 350D, Canon 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM, Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 USM, Canon Speedlite 430EX Mk I.

This is the last race of the series, and the last race that this organizer will be putting on. The day was rainy, with pockets of sunshine peeking out here and there, making lighting a real challenge. I got a chance to use Paul's 70-200 f/2.8, which was a real blessing considering I was struggling with lighting for most of the day up until lunch. I also met Tim Westmore, real nice guy with some real heavy duty equipment.

This was perhaps the most difficult shooting day I've seen yet. With intermittent clouds, sun, and rain later in the race, it became a guessing game as to what/how to shoot. I did learn a lot here, and even though the results aren't as good as I'd wished them to be, I tried to include as many acceptable images as possible. Enjoy!
