Kananga, Kasaï central, RD Congo: A la suite de l’ultimatum de huit jours donné par le Commandant Secteur de Kasaï Central aux membres de la milice Kamuina Nsapu pour déposer leurs armes, une mission d’évaluation mixte MONUSCO/Agences de l’ONU a été déployée à Tshikula dans le territoire de Dibaya pour marquer la présence de la MONUSCO, évaluer la situation sécuritaire et humanitaire dans le cadre de la restauration de l’autorité de l’Etat dans les territoires sous contrôles de la milice Kamuina Nsapu et engager le dialogue pour un processus de désarmement pacifique.
