Chemnitz calls itself the "City of Modern". I thought about shooting some reasons for this slogan - and stumbled across this scenery. Old building, old living conditions, old lantern, ... But the modern is hidden in details. 20 years ago people secretly installed antennas in their garret to receive some TV channels since it was forbidden. Nowadays they have satellite dishes.
