Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
To celebrate the arrival of autumn, I decided to venture into the kitchen after a very lengthy retreat (literally years) to execute this photography project. It is not easy cooking for one and generally I just can't be bothered.
I am happy to report that the soup is delicious and all digits remain attached despite knives and chopping being involved and no visits for medical attention were required. I have a long history of scaring friends and family with my not so Martha Stewart like operation of knives, peelers and heat!
