My wife got this Vichy Cosmetics Tester from the drug store. It is a postcard sized print of a lady with translucent hands like gel with a tiny pouch of cream. It sits in the bathroom just so that I can see it every day. I wanted to find out how the picture was done for some time and thought it was 3D generated (which it probably is). I managed without 3D rendering. I used a path, grey color, dodging and burning, the good old photoshop plastic wrap filter, and lots of little pieces of water.
My special thanks go to Steve Caplin, a photoshop god, who showed me how to use the plastic wrap filter in his book "How to cheat in Photoshop".
