Albino Whitetail Deer "Ghost of the Darkness"

    Newer Older

3000 views thanks everyone. This is a deer cam photo of an old Albino Buck that we called Big Al. We knew he spent a lot of time on our land but he never came out in the daytime so it was impossible to get a photo of him, so I knew the only way we would get a photo of him was with a deer cam. He was the father, the grandfather, and great grandfather of many of the albinos that visit our land today. He has since passed away as did several other large albino bucks and it has been a couple of years now since we last saw an albino buck. He truly was a Ghost of the Darkness and his ghost will remain in our memories forever.

Happy Birthday! May is a great month to celebrate birthdays (mine was last week). So enjoy the day. Love the photo, title and story. He really is ghost like. Maybe that's how some haunted forest stories get started.
