The Music Within (Silhouette)
A view from inside a guitar looking out through the sound hole. Silhouette version; full size (meaning no crop).
My camera wouldn't actually fit through the sound hole and I didn't want to cut the back off and ruin the guitar; so I built a prop guitar simply by cutting a hole in a piece of wood (well, I had help with that part) and mounting guitar strings in front of the opening.
The glow/flare at the edge of the hole is a lamp (minus the lampshade) I was holding in one hand and my other hand is pretending to strum the strings. I should also point out that I had my camera tethered to my laptop and was clicking the button with my foot to release the shutter. It was pretty entertaining, and I'm sure I looked ridiculous.
