Images of long journeys.
Was curious to see what long distances look like, as a whole.

Typically I photograph out the side of the vehicle I'm travelling in, taking 3-5 images per minute, for the whole route.
Then, to make it possible to get a visual sense of the landscape that's passed by, I've written some software that takes the hundreds or thousands of resulting images, and puts them side by side. Following, the software compresses the images horizontally together, so all the long line of images can be see in once glance.

It's a bit like using a scanner to catch the whole route, instead of a camera.

Quite a fun way, anyway, of creating one very very wide angle lens, seeing hundreds/thousands of kilometers at a glance.
