      Nope, they're all like that - it's so the crown and buttons can't accidentally get whacked against something when you dive. And dive you can...100 bar WR, pushers can be operated at that depth, locking bezel, dry caps and argon filling to prevent He or moisture getting in, luminosity so bright you can read with it, and special anticorrosive steel that the german navy also uses to build submarines with, hardened to 1500 HV (almost as hard as sapphire. Normal steel is 250-300HV).
